We know many people will have been wondering about the effect of the new lock down regulations on the housing market.

We are pleased to say we have received confirmation that Buying, Selling and Renting a home can continue in a Covid-secure way as it has in recent months and that Estate Agents and Lettings Agents can continue to operate and property viewings, appraisals, mortgage valuations and surveys can take place.

At Cousins Estate Agents we have adopted Covid-secure working practices. All our offices remain closed to the public except by prior appointment when strict social distancing measures must be adopted and PPE worn.

All our external viewing and appraisal appointments are conducted in a Covid-secure manner. We would, however, ask that interested parties view initially the Virtual Viewing which can be seen on our own website, Rightmove, Zoopla or OnTheMarket prior to arranging a face to face appointment at the property.
