New Tenant Setup:
One Month’s Rent (inclusive of VAT) payable for each letting to a tenant introduced by Cousins Estate Agents. Payable on commencement of a tenancy and deducted from the rent collected at the commencement of a tenancy.
Full Management:
Letting Fee of half a month's rent (inclusive of VAT) and Management Fee of 10% (inclusive of VAT) of the rent, deducted from the rent as received.
